The Electron Cyclotron Emission (ECE) diagnostic has a primary role in the measurement of electron temperature profile and fluctuations ITER. This shall be exposed to significant power due unabsorbed Heating (ECH) plasma. expected stray loads could few tens watts, therefore, protection millimetre wave components is one design challenges ITER ECE diagnostic. system includes sensors, band stop notch filter, shutter RF radiation from being incident on sensitive components. sensors will positioned along transmission line, used for real-time monitoring radiation. Here, we describe novel sensor power. Schottky Diode rectenna, known high-power high-speed detection capability. It consists 2x2 microstrip patch antenna array, matching circuit, diode, low pass filter. array designed analytically optimized CST Microwave Studio, wide reception angle, high gain, side lobe levels. Furthermore, rectifying circuit using Agilent Advanced Design System (ADS) software get better rectification impedance signal, thereby improving its sensitivity. ADS simulation results show that sensitivity about 1000V/W input -30 dBm at 170 GHz, achieving required performance sensor.
